Exhausted, collapsing

Constantly relapsing
But finally… this King & Queen could take some moments
And put all life’s ‘things’ on a shelf
So they could just focus on themselves
As one glorious unit
Working through it
Allowing their bodies to seep into each other
Taking their time to explore
Their lust
Building their thrust
Rebuilding trust
Burning desire
Seriously, here comes their FIRE!
Leaving them flushed and spent
They lay in this calm content
Presence in each kiss on his lips
Delight in each whisper in her ear
Connection in these moments as they continued to disappear — -
The gentleness of this space felt safe
A reprieve where they could finally exhale and breathe life again
Feel hope again
Inspire again
