A long time has passed since she peeped out of her window that opens into the majesty of the world. There was a time when she would look out of the window and soak in the view the world had to offer as many times in a day as she could. One day, out of a sudden need she closed the window for good — maybe the beauty of the world was too much for her to bear. She had always been an acute observer of all things beautiful, and that window was for her a stairway to contentment that comes when you do not look for reasons to be happy — you are happy just for the heck of it. Now, the window stands closed, not letting happiness in.

Today, as she was lying on her bed — immersed in her gloomy thoughts — the gust of the wind knocked on the window. All she had to do was to open the window, and embrace breezy happiness.
