Design Week is our annual team meeting to get everyone together in one room. It’s a chance to collectively learn, grow, get inspired and collaborate. And it’s an opportunity for us to spread big “D” design broadly and give back.
Our stated goals for 2018: 1) Every designer goes, every designer grows, 2) Build relationships, 3) Go broad to find inspiration, and 4) Spend time with Design for Delight (our design “doing” process) to help others solve
their big, important problems.
Our theme this year centered around collaboration. And we chose to bring it to life through music — listening to it, learning about it, talking about it, sharing it, even trying to play a little.
