Going all out seems to back in when it comes to exercise trends. You don’t have to do muddy adventure races to be healthy but if you love that kind of thing and it motivates you, but do it right. There is a multitude of ways to get the exercise your body needs. Notice that professional athletes don’t always have the best retirement health. Exercise as if you want your body to last forever, not just one epic performance. Training hard and being hurt isn’t really healthy either. Competition and vanity can hurt your health if you’re not careful. Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Consistency is the key. Only extend beyond your limits in a controlled manner. The real “trick “to improvement is to get slightly uncomfortable forcing the body to grow and repair itself ready for the next time. Adaptation is the feature our body is most designed for! Let the human body have a chance to be healthy by eating right and sleeping right. It will feel good when you actually do it! Talk to yourself as if you were coaching child, would you tell them to eat poorly before the big game, be reckless in training and compete like it is your last chance at glory. Take your body for granted because it will always be there. Don’t worry about rules and by all means don’t listen to anyone who might know what they are talking about! Just compete and win because “no pain no gain” right?

1. Start gradually.

2. Train regularly.

3. Always warm up- Always cool down.

4. Exercise safely.

5. Listen to your body.

6. Eat wisely and rest properly.

7. Vary and Increase volumes and efforts.

8. Train your mind. It is powerful!

9. Record you progress and results.

10. Have fun!!! The bottom line.
