Congratulations on your successful fundraise! Acknowledge that these people (investors) believed in you (practically a stranger to them) when needed it the most. Howsoever small their contribution be, they are now part of your success story. All the sweat equity you built, they supplemented it with their hard earned money!

Follow — up

It is your responsibility to follow — up and keep in touch with your investors. Keep in touch with them through emails. Keep them informed about your progress and share updates. DO NOT go silent, you might irk your investors. You can find their contact details in the correspondence mails from FundMyVenture. Remember, these contacts can be of greater use to you when you raise further capital by becoming lead investors in the round/making necessary connections with people/effective word of mouth publicity for your startup.

Share your plans for the company, and specifically what you are doing between now and when you do open your round. Make sure whatever you tell them, you work hard to do it. Then report back to them on your progress, even if you fail to meet your goals. Investors look for founders who show this type of transparency and followthrough.
