Understanding Indian Companies Act 2013

The Indian Parliament passed the Companies Bill, 2013. (‘The Bill / 2013 Act’) on 8th August 2013. The Bill received President’s assent on 29th August, 2013 making it a law, replacing the old regulations that govern corporate in the country.
