A Couple Of Hours At The Office Was All It Took To Flip My Doubts About Joining InVideo

How did you come across InVideo?

A friend of mine referred me to Sanket who called me one evening asking me if I would be interested in working for InVideo. Honestly speaking, I had heard of a few video editors in the market; but not about a homegrown one. This made me a little skeptical about joining InVideo.

The very next day, I was at the InVideo office, being interviewed for the Performance Marketing Specialist position. All it took was a couple of hours of the interview for me to know that I was ready to be a part of the InVideo family.

What was your interview experience like?

Initially, we discussed my previous experience with paid ads and how InVideo operated on the advertising front. While other companies would’ve only tested my theoretical knowledge, here we were already discussing the different ways of helping InVideo grow via paid media.

It was this particular energy and determination that convinced me to take up the role. Within the next 12 hours, I received the offer letter and without a doubt in my mind, I accepted it right away.

InVideo is a place where you feel positive vibes all around along with the best kind of highly energetic and knowledgeable people. Moreover, InVideo is a homegrown SaaS-based company and an industry where I’ve never worked before.

The determination and the work culture here are what tempted me to join the organization. So far, I’ve enjoyed every moment here and it has been an incredibly knowledgeable journey so far.

Finally, what’s one moment/incident that stands out in your time at InVideo?

I believe that for every person the best moments at work are the first steps towards his planned goal. In my case, the very first customer we acquired with my efforts would be the moment I’d remember for a long time.
