InSide InVideo

As soon as I saw it, I knew InVideo was made for me!

Perpetual, or Peppy as she is better known at InVideo, is an extremely talented digital artist. She’s seamlessly managed to bring her creativity to our web app and added a new dimension to it!

How did you come across InVideo?

Sejal (HR) got in touch with me through my art website and introduced me to InVideo. Even before she could set an interview I already had ideas as to where I could contribute and what else we could do for the brand. We had a really good conversation and me being an artist could see how this web app could help other artists like me to create their studio vlogs and product videos seamlessly without the stress of learning a new editing software.

What was your interview experience like?

I had 3 to 4 rounds of interviews. They were quite cool and more of a conversation than a formal interview. I really enjoyed knowing about the brand and its vision. Utsab and Sejal were really welcoming and open to ideas about the future of InVideo and how we could get better each day.

Why InVideo?

I always wanted to work with a brand closely and looking at InVideo and the scope it has to keep updating and create beautiful content for its users got me very excited. I am passionate about designing and after the first call itself, I knew that I wanted to be a part of it. It's been 2 months since I joined, but I feel so comfortable among my team. Everyone here is so amazing to speak with and I don’t feel the need to shy away or hide my opinions. It's all accepted and welcomed in this great work culture.

Finally, what’s one moment/incident that stands out in your time at InVideo?

I think I get to learn something new every day from my colleagues, and MY TEAM ❤. It's an ocean of knowledge and I never feel afraid to ask for help. Even talking to Sanket and Rumit about community building and collaborations was amazing. I like that everyone's voices are heard here!
