What is web 2.0 and why is is so hard to define in a short sentence. This is a question a lot of people may be thinking when it come to web 2.0. The real reason for this is that each individual uses the web differently thus giving off a different interpretation to each individual. So instead of attempting to define web 2.0 in this blog post, I will give example of web 2.0 features and then maybe this could lead you to come up with your own definition of the topic.

Rich user Experience: Traditional web are built with HTML and CSS. On the other hand Web 2.0 uses Ajax(Asynchronous JavaScript + XML) presenting dynamic , rich user experience to users .

Basic Trust: In traditional web the contents are protected under Intellectual Property Rights but on the other hand, in web 2.0 the contents are made available to share, reuse, redistribute and edit.

User Participation: In traditional web the contents are solely provider by the web site owner /company, but in web 2.0 the users participate in content sourcing. This is also known as Crowd sourcing.
