According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, An empath is defined as “one who experiences the emotions of others: a person who has empathy for others.”

Many self-identifying empaths share that they are highly sensitive individuals who care deeply for others, and are often picking up someone else’s emotions and feelings.

There are also challenges they face due to this amazing gift. If you are an Empaths you know you will often find yourself absorbing energy, feelings, and emotions that are not your own. You may become stressed and overwhelmed based on the sudden changes in the atmosphere and its energy.

During the last year or so, Society was faced with a worldwide pandemic, which we all know as the Coronavirus. This pandemic has added additional challenges to our everyday lives, such as countrywide lockdowns and stay-at-home orders. Companies and organizations had to problem-solve their way through technological advancements so their employees could work remotely online and if not, had no choice but to lay off employees, and close their doors.

This isn’t any new news.
