I’m trying

I’m trying so hard

You don’t see it,

I don’t wear it on my face

I’m done asking for help

For I’ve realized long ago

I’m alone in this

I’m my only hope.

Only I can get myself out of this hell.

But sometimes

It’s hard

Breathing becomes hard

Nights seem long

My room starts to spin

I feel crushed

I feel I’m inside a flaming hot box

I feel claustrophobic

I scream, nobody seems to hear me

I shout, I cry for help

I beg someone, anyone

To get me out of this hell.

Help me get out

Please

I just hope this will all be worth something in the end.
