I’ve Finally Learned to Use Anger as Protection, Not as Harm

Do you know how it’s been said that depression is anger turned inwards? What happens if you’re depressed and angry all in the one day? That’s how I was all day yesterday. Does that mean I ate an anger two-for-one deal? That I was so angry that I directed it inward and outward all at the same time?
