Our Triumphant Storm

What else is there to do but turn to our affairs?

Your hair has a streak of gray that it didn’t have before,
What some would call “getting old,” but we know is the beauty of our trials together
Mine has a streak too, and the slash of gray on our heads is what will stay with us and mark our lives for a very, very long time.
