I’ve been suffering in silence

I’m 99% sure sleep apnea has been tormenting me for the past year and a half. I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in two or three months. I can’t really remember. It’s hard to remember things, these days. And the past few months since February, the symptoms have gotten much worse.
