People will tell you how pretty you are, and how you don’t need to lose any weight. They will even tell you that nothing is wrong with you. You hear their words, but you don’t see any change. You ask yourself, “how can they say nothing is wrong with me, or I don’t need to lose weight when nothing has changed? I still look the same.”
