You raise an interesting subtlety. Our model is certainly to recruit unskilled, undifferentiated labor. But we train the peasants to become knights. I thought that was exactly Invisible’s premise. That a Process would become so polished one could delegate it to unskilled commodity-like labor.
But the second part seems to imply our end goal is to fully automate these Processes and completely remove humans of the equation.
