Invisible is hiring reviewers for up to $15 an hour.

Responsibilities will include:
—QA. Reviewing all mistake tickets and outbound work.
—Analysis. Root cause investigation and analysis.
—Problem solving. Solving the underlying problem.
—Writing. Writing post-mortems.
— Collaborating. Delivering feedback and designing solutions with others.
—UX. Understanding what clients want, and how systems work together.

Looking for:
— Romantic capitalists.
— Obsessed with the company.
—That can anticipate mistakes before they happen.
—That can think through first, second and third order causes.
— That care about details, systems, business outcomes and process purity.

The position is full-time: 40 to 60 hours a week. But the hours themselves are flexible. For example, if you can’t work during the mornings but you can work during the afternoons, then take a break for family time, errands and dinner, and continue working at night — that’s fine. The company operates 24/7 so we can accommodate all time zones.

If hired, you will be among the company’s first Reviewers — and have a chance to shape the role itself. The company is hiring various reviewers in preparation for the launch of its new $20/hr “Assistant Line.”
