Coordination

Our world today is filled with solutions to problems, so why isn’t everything perfect? It’s because the biggest problem in the world is solutions: no single human has enough bandwidth to coordinate every solution, and utilize its full potential. Everything has coordination costs.

Imagine a world where all coordination is done through one touch point. You could talk to anyone, ask for anything, and get an answer — all through one touch point.

But to achieve that, in practice, is like getting 1000 cooks in a kitchen to operate together smoothly. That is the significance of our Digital Assembly Line — it is a combination of process, architecture, training and technology.
