2018 Blockchain Technology Innovation Summit Successfully Concludes in Macau

On December 12 and 13 of 2018, the ioeX team travelled to Macau to attend the 7thInternational Forum for Clean Energy where this year we saw the inaugural hosting of a separate “blockchain energy” forum.
The event invited 200 attendees from the United Nations, leaders from China and Macau SAR, foreign ambassadors, and top experts in various fields.
ioeX CEO Aryan Hung was selected as director of the 2018 IFCE and will continue to advocate and explore blockchain applications in energy.
ioeX CEO Aryan Hung also announced new global energy at the event: aside from introducing the network computing and resource storage of the ioeX distributed network, he also announced how the ioeX blockchain distributed network can share new energy, improve operational performance, and security protections.
This year’s event also saw the official announcement of a Blockchain Technology Innovation Committee. ioeX CEO Aryan Hung was also selected as a committee member alongside others: Huoxing24 founder Wang Feng, Newton founder Xu Jizhe, Elastos Capital chairman Hu Dinghe, MIT Blockchain Pillar and Foundation founder Han Feng, Capital Dynamics China chairman Ge Qi, ioeX founder Aryan Hung, chief data intelligence officer at McDonald’s China Caidong, Bojiang Capital Zheng Xianyu, Block Caijing founder Eric Johnson, Concordia Boston Capital Liuqiang, Tan9 Accelerator partner Zhang Jizhi, amt Community founder Liang Jieyang, Elastos Capital partner Liubing, and Ding Ming Financial chairman Gao Dongliang.
ioeX CSO Kenneth Kuo was also at the round table forum to discuss smart cities and the development and applications of blockchain in energy with Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Key National Laboratory Exchange Tree scientist Gao Zhipeng, CSUS National Smart City Joint Lab vice director Huang Xi, IEEE PES (Power & Energy Society) China chapter Smart Village Committee vice chairman Sun Yaluo, Hui Sheng Energy Group chairman Nie Shengming, and Jinse Caijingi partner Tong Yang. Vice director Huang Xi specifically stated that developments in blockchain are a future trend and as smart cities are gradually realized, Shenzhen and Hangzhou possess the most potential for smart city development. Blockchain landing application scenarios must rely on talent across industries to establish a more comprehensive blueprint.
On December 12 and 13, ioeX ecosystem partners EvereX, BPI, SiXP, Newvastek, AZIO, BitSense, Xunison, and WeavAir also attended the blockchain technology forum to exhibit their smart devices in the ioeX partnership, attracting guests to further inquire about future collaborative efforts.
ioeX VIP Night invited International Forum for Clean Energy (Macau) chairman Su Shuihui and Blockchain Association of Hong Kong co-chairman Jay Liang, Elastos Capital chairman Hu Dinghe, and guests from various regions in China, France, Ireland, and England. During the event, the invited guests shared developments in blockchain. ioeX CEO Aryan Hung also unveiled the ioeX app and Business Platform interface that will allow access to a personal cloud with cloud backup functionality through the convenient app. He also unveiled numerous smart devices with ioeX functionality and partnership products that will be on sale in the Business Platform. Users will be able to purchase products at great discount prices only with IOEX.
In addition to amazing talks, the night also included raffle prizes with the grand prize being a smart device with ioeX functionality. Each guest walked away with many prizes.
