Biweekly Summary
ioeX have successively released descriptions of the latest functions ioeX network in these two weeks, such as instant messaging, contribution account, personal cloud storage, and IOEX wallet. Naver, the largest portal site in South Korea, publishes an exclusive report about ioeX. In addition, we attended CES held in Las Vegas with our collaborative partner to introduce the transmission functions of ioeX. What have ioeX accomplished before Chinese New Year? Let us find out!

ioeX 2019 first exhibition is held in Las Vegas, the United State.
ioeX team attended CES (Consumer Electronics Show) on Jan.6th-Jan.11th.
This event is the center of attention in the global technology field.
ioeX was exhibit networking functions in smart home products such as JVC’s devices with the partner Think Smart. We were @Bellagio hotel at suites room #31015.

The Introduction of ioeX networking function:
▲IOEX Wallet
Users could use IOEX wallet to link to the public chain directly, check balance and transaction record at any time, and to pay/receive money via this APP. Application for beta version wallet is available starting Jan. 11th. The official release of the wallet is on before Feb.5th.
▲ioeX: Personal Cloud Storage
The function of ioeX personal cloud storage is similar to iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other similar cloud storage space. You may spare the free storage space of your smart device equipped with ioeX technology to store files; the third-party storage space is no longer needed. Those who wish to use this function must have their devices equipped with ioeX APP and have adequate IOEX.
The Android version of this feature will be released in 1/31, and IOS will release at the end of February.
▲ioeX: Contribution Account
Contribution accounts of ioeX APP will be linked to DPOS chain. Our peer node partners can check their GAS and IOEX gained by their workloads and transmission service contributions freely by using the blockchain explorer.
Contribution Beta Account is available starting 1/31 all beta version’s data will remain at Beta Chain.
▲ioeX: At-home Internet
Exclusive personal VPN connected to a website via device network and the content will be sent to users to view through streaming media. This function is available for those who use ioeX APP and have adequate IOEX. Internet access is available everywhere!
Beta version of At-home internet access will be available in March, the official version will be released on April.
▲ioeX: Instant Messaging
This function is free in February.
ioeX instant messaging is a communicating tool similar to Telegram.
Once users link their devices to each other, the ioeX instant messaging will be available for texting, sending pictures, audio files, videos and so on. Transferring voice messages, streaming videos, and more will be available soon. All the communication contents will be stored in user’s device, making it a “decentralized communication tool.”
Instant messaging function is on the testing process which will be available starting Feb.

Technical Developments
- We have finished the development of an alpha build of iOS chat tool and now we are subjecting an alpha test on the transmission functions. On the other hand, ioeX development team will further develop video and audio recordings and transmissions functions in distributed network.
- ioeX development team execute optimization on interface of personal cloud services of Android and update the application program codes of smart phones, smart devices, and etc.
- ioeX development team is now working on advanced functions of personal cloud services, allowing users to link to multiple smart devices via the APP and to use personal cloud services through the devices. Compares to centralized network, there are bigger challenges to operate across multiple devices and systems in distributed network; therefore, if the technology can be developed successfully, it will bring us competitive advantage in the market.
- ioeX team have finished the development of an alpha build of IOEX wallet and its primary alpha test and optimization; we will perform a beta test through holding some activities. Please follow us on our official website for more details of the activities.
