Team Activities

On 11/16, ioeX founder Aryan and Strategy Officer Kenneth participated in an exclusive interview by renowned blockchain incubator Rooted Partners. Aside from discussing the network technology and hybridblockchain system of ioeX, they also shared its’ expansion into application scenarios. (We’ll share the interview with our partners once it is complete).

Technical Developments

1. The beta version of Linux SDK required by ioeX networks for file transfer functionality has been completed; the team at ioeX has met the development schedule successfully.
2. Comprehensive mechanisms have been added to file transfer functionality to allow for pause/resume during file transfers.
3. Improved code and error messages in the file transfer mechanism.
4. A relay mechanism has been added for file transfers so that users can stop transfers at will; improved the issue where traditional file transfers could not be interrupted.
5. Functions added to the Linux SDK include adding F2F (friend to friends adding), communications, pause/resume/cancel functions. A preliminary version has been completed with testing planned to start in the following week.
6. The planning of technical specifications has been completed for file compression/decompression/cropping/stitching; implementation and optimization has begun.
7. Planning of ioeX blockchain browser front-end graphical structure.
8. Planning of ioeX public chain webpage wallet functionality.
9. Completed the first version of the ioeX public chain structure prototype with optimized code; a closed beta will be deployed on servers next week for testing.

During 12/12–12/13, the ioeX team will visit Macau to attend the IFCE 7thInternational Forum for Clean Energy (2018 blockchain innovation summit). We invite our partners in the ioeX and Internet of Everything ecosystems to join us in exhibits and the ioeX Night event on 12/13! The event will gather 200 members from the United Nations, leaders from the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Government of Macau SAR, government leaders in energy and electricity along with foreign ambassadors, industry associations, corporations, universities, and research institutes.
