ioeX meetups in Shanghai and Beijing were held successfully and had perfect endings!
ioeX international meetup tour- Shanghai meetup was held in China Financial Information Center on Aug. 12. The founder/CEO of ioeX Mr. Aryan Hung, the founder of Elastos Foundation Dr. Rong Chen and many blockchain media communities participated in the event to discuss the highlights of business applications of ioeX technology.

First, Aryan gave a speech titled “network functions and ecosphere development model of ioeX,” which focused on how to realize the idea of connecting everything via ioeX, and to give an overall picture of facilitating the combination of IoT and blockchain.
Aryan emphasized how ioeX extends its capability and improves its functions by innovative development based on the foundational technology of Elastos Carrier. For expanding our internet use, we are dedicated to developing not only applicable functions for general users but also business application functions to fulfill our clients’ need.
We will establish a much robust, reliable, multi-functional and multi-application ioeX decentralized network for business, industrial and smart home applications.
And chief strategy officer of ioeX Ken Kuo gave a speech titled “IoE driven by blockchain,” describing how multiple application scenarios emerged since the business scale got bigger and smart devices became more diversified, which strengthened the influence of blockchain to boost the development of IoT.
Since the internet penetration rate and efficiency get higher, internet devices and applications become more and more diversified so as the needs. To operate a smart device relies on continuous upgrades; therefore, ioeX team develops “decentralized P2P direct link transmitting network” solution, which reduces the costs and inconvenience of software upgrades for uses, and introduces blockchain technology to solve related problems.

“Decentralized P2P direct link transmitting network” connects to the internet and establishes the basic framework for its network via “bootstrap node,” and can assist SDK. Bootstrap node offers invisible relay functions to device nodes; ioeX will distribute massive amounts of self-operated seed bootstrap nodes and device nodes successively to provide the smooth, basic P2P networking functions.
At last, the founder of Elastos Foundation Dr. Rong Chen shared his own perspective on the construction of decentralized P2P network. The security and economy of smart internet will develop prosperously in the new internet era, by establishing a safe, economic internet environment; ioeX has provided the key support for Elastos upcoming networking function.
The basis of ioeX technology originates from Elastos, the technology development of ioeX in this field is an extension of Elastos ecosphere applications; ioeX focuses on business applications which has huge opportunities in the future.

ioeX international meetup tour- Beijing meetup was held in Block G, Zhangguancun-zhizaodajie Park,Chengfu Road no.45, Haidian District, Beijing City on Aug. 13. We are thankful to Yi-Niu Community and Profund Foundation for inviting us and honored to be able to talk about the developments and trends in blockchain and IoT technology in the noted Tsinghua University. The event focused on the combination and development of blockchain and IoT, and the discussion and exchange about the topics in “ioeX: Start the Era of Blockchain 3.0.”
All seats were occupied by eminent guests in the Beijing event. Our first speaker is the Director of Zhongguancun Blockchain Industry Alliance Mr. Dao Yuan; “blockchain is not to overturn the internet, it is to apply its core technology based on the existing internet, and lands the applications on public facilities such as smart devices,” he once said in a meeting.
He concluded two points to the ioeX project and its value: first, to deliver; devices like IoT devices and smart devices both need supporting network like ioeX desperately; secondly, to receive; ioeX brings the new ear of trustworthy data storage. ioeX not only wins recognition from Mr. Dao Yuan, also gains his support in ioeX ecosphere establishment.
Our second speaker is the founder/CEO of ioeX Mr. Aryan Hung who presented the topic of “an outlook of ioeX network and ecosphere.” First he proposed a few major questions: What does ioeX do? What kind of problems it solves? How it establish its ecosphere?
He then explained how ioeX resolves smart device providers’ pain points in product function competition and software updates. Not only ioeX enters the market by providing online software updating solutions, it also forms an application platform through the decentralized P2P direct link transmitting network.
Our third speaker is the chief marketing officer of ioeX Neo Peng who gave a speech titled “IoE driven by blockchain,” which focused on the development prospect of ioeX and the goal of research of ioeX team when combining blockchain technology.
ioeX represents Internet of Everything X, which applies the rewards mechanism of blockchain to provides values to all the devices in the internet of everything; it is a practical solution which combines blockchain and internet, it is also the new blue sea in IoE ecosphere. Our CMO Now shared the idea and definition of ioeX to all the attendees, introduced it to everyone and let them see the values of ioeX!
Our last speaker is the director of Elastos Eco-system Committee, Mr. Ding-He Hu, he gave a speech titled “ioeX: Start the Era of Blockchain 3.0.”
“Most of the blockchain-related projects are in the floating, conceptional status,” he described the current development of blockchain in a humorous way; he then implied them as story-tellers, just giving fancy ideas and playing tricks but never be able to satisfy the investors’ and blockchain followers’ needs.
He thought the establishment of ioeX decentralized P2P network is more than just of an idea, it is the first IoT solution that facilitates massive application in blockchain industry, and successfully start the new era of blockchain 3.0.
He then shared to everyone that he will continuously following the development of ioeX and hopefully to have them participating in establishment of ioeX ecosphere with the spirit of ioeX “Internet of Everything, Interconnection of Value.”
All the major guests had dinner together that evening and discussed future collaborations, aiming to expanding the ioeX ecosphere.
