In order to achieve a decentralized network solution that provides direct connectivity to numerous smart devices along with savings on traffic and storage costs with more secure data transfer processes, many physical and cloud-based bootstrap and peer nodes must be setup and connected across the globe; bootstrap nodes are especially critical as they can assist peer nodes in entering the ioeX distributed network. In order to guarantee the soundness of the distributed network during initial phases and avoid excessive burden on the network from inconsistent bootstrap nodes, ioeX is expanding our recruitment of bootstrap node partners!

The 2 Key Roles of Node Partnership

The recruitment of ioeX node partners is essential to the operation of decentralized distributed networks. In addition to providing stable resources for the operation of ioeX, they also play 2 key roles as bootstrap nodes:

Bootstrap Nodes

The primary function of server-level bootstrap nodes is assisting peer nodes in entering the distributed network, working as relay transmissions when peer nodes fail, and earning distributed network incentives according to the contribution of transfer assistance.

DPOS Consortium Chain Arbitrator

A limit of 51 arbitrator openings are available in the Node Partnership Recruitment Project. The consortium chain utilizes a DPOS (Delegated Proof of Stake) consensus mechanism and arbitrators will distribute rewards according to public chain records based on smart contract calculations of node contribution; when a block is produced in the DPOS chain, the arbitrator will earn a processing fee.

Solution A — Super Node Partnership (35 openings)

1. Requirement: 200,000 IOEX, 24-month lock-up period.
2. Term: 2-year period.
3. Lock-up Mechanism: Starting 2 months after 19/05/01, we will begin issuing daily until full completion at the end of the 24 month term.
4. Daily bonus reward (non-lockup): 89 IOEX/day issued between 12 to 24-months of listing on the exchange, accumulated earnings of 16%.
5. Daily node reward (non-lockup): 288 IOEX/day issued during the two-year term, 24-month accumulated earnings of 104%.
6. 24-month total earnings: daily bonus reward + daily node reward = 120%.

Solution B — VIP Node Partnership (16 openings)

1. Requirement: 300,000 IOEX, 24-month lock-up period.
2. Term: 2-year period.
3. Lock-up Mechanism: Starting 2 months after 19/05/01, we will begin issuing daily until full completion at the end of the 24 month term.
4. Daily bonus reward (non-lockup): 175 IOEX/day issued between 12 to 24-months of listing on the exchange, accumulated earnings of 21%.
5. Daily node reward (non-lockup): 484 IOEX/day issued during the two-year term, 24-month accumulated earnings of 116%.
6. 24-month total earnings: daily bonus reward + daily node reward = 137%.

ioeX Node Partner Lock-up Mechanism Details

Note:

• This guideline calculates each month based on a 30-day period.
• Daily node rewards and lock-up rewards will be issued within the duration period as a node.
• During the 24-month lock-up period, the designated amount must be maintained in the IOEX wallet for both solutions in order to maintain node partnership requirement and collect the daily node reward, daily bonus reward.
• Nodes and mining machines will be maintained by the ioeX team; there is no requirement to invest equipment and other related costs.
