IOST CAMPUS MOVEMENT,CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE KUMASI GHANA
Continuing to grow and expand the presence of iost in Africa, iost.africa node held an offline meetup at Christian university college kumasi Ghana on the 9th day of march 2020, the event witnessed attendants from different faculties and department who came to learn and be a part of the Iost.Africa campus movement initiative.
it was largely an interactive session with chidi olisa the Iost.Africa partner node presenting and educating the audience, the event had 34 persons in attendance.

During the presentation, chidi highlighted the need for the attendnts to get involved with the iost project and the campus movement initiative. he further explained to the audience some of the benefits of building on top of the iost blockchain, the ease of deploying Dapps , the truly decentralized nature of iost, the speed and scalability of the platform while maintaining security.
During the question and answer session he answered questions that bothered on how iRam works, the staking rewards. new entrants into the blockchain space asked for guidance on how to buy some iost and stake it for more rewards. the giveaway and networking session was exciting and helped the audience to connect for collaborations.
This event enabled us to gather useful suggestions from the audience on how to make iost more visible in the African continent especially in the institutions of learning
After about 2 hours 30 minutes of interaction, the event came to a close with an annoucement that the next iost campus movement offline event will be held at kumasi polytechnic on 25/03/2020
