IOSTPay for Magento
IOSTPay for Magento allows users to pay and merchants to accept IOST CryptoCurrency on their online store. Over 500k online are powered by Magento and growing every day. Receive payments from anyone in the world quickly and easily. IOSTPay uses the CoinMarketCap API to directly convert fiat prices to equivalent IOST prices.
So far, IOSTPay supports three major shopping platforms. In the future, IOSTPay will gradually open support to other online shopping platforms such as Shopify. As more and more online shopping platforms use IOSTPay, the popularity of IOST will be further expanded and IOST will also reach a wider market.
IOST Mainnet Transaction Volume Breaks 400 Million!
As of July 9, 2020, the number of transactions on the IOST mainnet officially exceeded 400 million, reaching 400,515,735 transactions.
The unique PoB consensus mechanism of the IOST main network allows the IOST mainnet to have excellent performance, high scalability, and high concurrency on the basis of decentralization and security and can allow thousands of transactions to be conducted simultaneously. This provides a solid technical base and support for IOST to develop deeper cooperation with governments and enterprises.
Thanks to the support of more than 400 partner nodes and all community members in the IOST ecosystem, the total number of IOST that are under voting has exceeded 4.6 billion, reaching 4.62 billion, accounting for 30.8% of the circulating supply.
Blockchain + eSports | IOST Strategic Investment in Asia’s Largest eSports Eco-industry Alliance ATTN
IOST has formally invested in ATTN, Asia’s largest eSports eco-industry alliance, and will work with ATTN to explore the application of blockchain technology in the field of e-sports, and jointly develop the blockchain gaming ecosystem to create high-quality blockchain games.
ATTN is a digital egaming ecological platform based on blockchain technology and the ultimate system in the esports industry with numerous popular PVP games. ATTN will gradually migrate the player pool, CP pool, traffic pool, and webcasters pool on-chain, and is committed to creating a closed-loop network ecosystem with the final goal of maximizing the value of gaming & e-sports.
HitHub Launches “Global Blockchain Open-Source Node Program” with IOST being the First Strategic Partner
IOST has officially become the first strategic partner among the top-tier blockchain projects in the “Global Blockchain Open-Source Node Program” by HitHub- the decentralized incentive community for developers.
HitHub launches this program with the vision to empower open-source ecology and offer innovative solutions to challenges faced by developers such as product security management, capability assessment, timely value delivery, rapid implementation of ideas, and proprietary authentication.
HitHub, in conjunction with IOST, will migrate and copy codes, put custody on HitHub, and provide assistance in building public chain networks through IOST’s advanced technologies. Different from GitHub’s centralized code custody, codes custodial on HitHub will be stored and custodial on decentralized networks such as IPFS, with improvement in both security and level of decentralization.
BSN Selects IOST’s Shanyiou Platform as Official Designated Application
On June 23, 2020, the Blockchain Service Network (BSN) officially announced that the Shanyiou charity information publicity platform under Aiou Technology (IOST’s Enterprise Arm) has been selected as its Official Designated Application. Among all the applications submitted by BSN’s qualified developers, IOST’s Shanyiou application stands out and has been chosen as the only designation application in the BSN’s Public Welfare & Charity category.
IOST’s Aiou Tech & Alipay Selected As Outstanding Blockchain Programs In COVID-19 Pandemic Fight by China Mobile Communications Association
IOST’s Enterprise Edition- Aiou Technology, along with the mobile and online payment giant- Alipay, has been selected as the Outstanding Blockchain Program for contributing to the fight against COVID-19 pandemic by China Mobile Communications Association (CMCA).
