As of the time of writing, the number of transactions on the IOST mainnet has surpassed the 653 million mark, reaching a record high of 653,098,894, and is still growing nonstop.
By virtue of its unique consensus mechanism — PoB, the performance of the IOST mainnet has been outstanding since its inception. While securing decentralization and security, the IOST chain also ensures high scalability and high throughput.
Number of accounts
As of the time of writing, there are 626,831 IOST accounts registered on the network, an increase of nearly 200,000 compared to January 2021.
Number of contracts
As of the time of writing, there are 1283 smart contracts deployed on the IOST chain, ten times more than two years ago, which means that more developers are joining the IOST ecosystem to deploy their dApps!
