IOST Developer Bounty Program Update: 2nd Week

We are pleased to release our weekly report on IOST Developer Bounty Program. Going forward this update will be released on a Saturday following the Friday review of all completed and claimed development bounties and missions.

We would like to express our gratitude again to community developer team @hoonil Satoshi Kim, for his contribution of high quality Korean development document translation. The bounties have already been paid out to the developer’s address!

This week IOST received 28 new applications worldwide

• iOS/Android Wallet: 4 developers
• Mac/PC Wallet: 1 developer
• Online IDE: 1 developer
• Multi-language SDKs: 2 developers
• IOST Chrome wallet: 3 developers
• Smart Contract Development: 5 developers
• Development Document Translation: 6 developers

IOST’s community developers will continue their development on the following missions:

• Development team @hoonil Satoshi Kim will assist to develop IOST’s Chrome Plug-in Wallet
• Development team @Cyril will help to develop IOST’s Python SDK
• Development team @Dinar will be reviewed by the IOST team and will help to develop IOST’s Java SDK

This week, we released one new mission: Optimization of IOST Blockchain Explorer

• Frontend optimization
• Features optimization

Range of Bounties: 50,000–200,000 IOST

This week’s priority task: IOST Chrome plug-in Wallet

Chrome plug-in wallet for token management similar to Metamask/Scatter.

Tasks include:

• Switch between mainnet and testnet
• Wallet interface design
• Functions of supporting IOST token
• Interactions with DApps
• Multi-language options
• Platform: Chrome

Range of Bounties: 80,000–500,000 IOST
