IOST European Market Breakthrough | Partnerships Struck with Leading Local Projects
On January 27, IOST Foundation hosted an offline event in the well-known Crypto Valley in Europe. With the attendance of IOST co-founder Terry, the main topic for the event was the “DAO”.

IOST X CV Labs: Exploring the future of DAO
Zug, Switzerland, with its friendly tax policies and regulations, has attracted more than 800 blockchain companies to operate there, including Ethereum.
CV Labs is a well-known business incubator institution located in Zug. The institution has specially set up an incubation plan for blockchain projects and has become a core participant in Crypto Valley, with more than 200 companies, including Tezos and ARAGO registered with it.
IOST successfully hosted the DAO-themed event at CV Labs in Zug, which attracted more than 40 blockchain industry peers including co-founder and CEO of GUILD project Takashi Oka, co-founder and CTO Ryosuke Kosako, co-founder and CEO of ditCraft Marvin Kruse, co-founder and CTO Yannik Goldgräbe..
At the event, Yannik, co-founder and CTO of ditCraft, introduced the concept of ditCraft.
ditCraft is a project that decentralizes the centralized git development process through a blockchain incentive mechanism. It introduces community governance, reviewing, and reward mechanisms to the software development process.
Afterwards,GUILD project leader Oka Takashi and technical director Rysuke introduced the GUILD project to the audience at the event.
GUILD is a co-working platform based on IOST. With the introduction of blockchain technology, it can solve the existing pain points in the working process in enterprises and organizations, which also provides a platform for all decentralized autonomous organizations to work online.
After the introduction of each project, the speakers and participants discussed the DAO governance, election mechanisms, and mass adoption.
At the end, Terry, co-founder of IOST, introduced the technical advantages, developer-friendliness, and ecosystem of the IOST blockchain to the participants, as a conclusion of the event.
IOST European Market Breakthrough and Cooperation with Local Projects
After the event, both ditCraft and Vault Wines expressed that they would like to further cooperate with IOST.
ditCraft team will join the IOST ecosystem as a partner and deploy the ditCraft project on top of the IOST network.
Previously, in the incubation plan of the world-renowned VC company CVVC (Crypto Valley Investment Company), the ditCraft team stood out from more than 300 projects from around the world and received investments from CVVC.
In addition, the investment-winning wine company, Vault Wines also expressed their intention to cooperate with IOST in wine anti-counterfeiting and product traceability.
Vault Wines is a European company that combines wine production with blockchain technology. The project was selected in the CVVC incubation program with a success rate of 1.7%. During the World Economic Forum, it will participate in the most prestigious event of the year, the Davos Conference.
IOST will use its traceability technology to to protect brand reputation, product quality and consumer rights for Vault Wines.
Cooperation with these local companies is an important step for IOST to fully enter the European market. In the future, IOST will also cooperate with more European governments and enterprises to accelerate the development of global markets.
