Intel at DeKUT, GDG Kimathi University and Computer Society of Kimathi will be hosting the Kenyan officially-licensed Arduino Day celebration in Nyeri on the 28th of March, 2015.

Arduino day is a worldwide celebration of Arduino’s birthday and the makers’ movement where people interested in Arduino get together, share their experiences, and learn more.

The event will provide a great opportunity to talk with fellow hackers, show off your project and listen to experiences from other people. The event event is called Arduino day but in real open source spirit other systems like Intel Galileo will be discussed.

It does not matter whether you are an expert or a newbie, an engineer, a designer, a crafter or a maker, Arduino day Kenya 2015 is open to anyone who wants to celebrate Arduino and all things Arduino.

It will be an all-day affair from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm where we will engage our audiences in different ways such as talks, panel discussion and show-and tell sessions. The event will be open to the public and is free of charge.Sign up for free tickets here.
