Native ITC officially launched on DragonEx

Native ITC is officially launched on DragonEx on September 25, 2019, the deposit is opened. The Withdrawal of native ITC has not been opened yet, the specific time will be notified via follow-up announcements of DragonEX.

Please note that DragonEx only supports Deposit and Withdrawal of Native ITC. Please do not deposit ERC-20 ITC tokens into DragonEX.
