Sifchain, named after the Norse goddess Sif, represents the collaborative nature of the blockchain industry and the rewards originated from connections between multiple chains.
Built with the Cosmos SDK, Sifchain is the decentralized exchange where Cosmos meets Ethereum, but soon many more! Sifchain processes substantially more transactions per second than Ethereum, and this efficiency means faster trades and lower fees for users.
Sifchain is targeting blockchains (such as Ethereum and Stellar) for cross-chain integration, which is a feature that is believed to be as essential as a wallet or block explorer for any chain. Sifchain will support cross-chain transactions, targeting EVM compatible blockchains first, such as Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, and Metis. Then non-EVM compatible blockchains such as Bitcoin, Polkadot, and EOS will be integrated for true Omni-Chain compatibility.

- Go to the Starname App and login with your Gmail account.
- Go with the flow to claim your *starname: type the name you wish, pick *sif domain from the drop-down list, register it and…. it’s yours!
- You can now set up your *sif starname and link it to your wallets using the Starname App so you can start sharing your *sif starname and receiving crypto through it!
Each *sif starname comes with:
- A Starname Profile — a simple way you can share the crypto information you would like to share!
- A bunch of pre-generated wallets of Cosmos-based projects (your SIFCHAIN wallet is one of those, but if you already have one, worry not, you can easily edit your profile!)
