Starname: Same vision, New Business, New Opportunities, New Appointment.
As we are currently starting a new page in our history and ending the year with several good news, such as accelerating name sales and increasing interest in our project, we are currently redefining the Starname model.
In 2022 we are focusing on the Starname business, the Starname creator and the increase in the number of communities using the community Starname.
With this news comes the rise of business people. Today we are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephane Giloppe to the position of CTO of IOV Starname.
This appointment is natural for our team as Stephane, who has joined the project for 1 year already, has participated in the refinement of the product and the development of new features essential to the development of mass adoption. His ability to explain complex blockchain subjects in simple terms also make him a great asset when engaged in discussions with current and future partners.
Stephane has over 20 years of experience managing large-scale projects for New York banks and Startups.
“Over the past year, we have consolidated and transitioned Starname from a pure tech company to a company more user-oriented and focused on our use cases. I am happy to bring my expertise to this project whose vision is unique in the blockchain ecosystem. As a Domain Name Service for the blockchain, we are obviously challengers. However, I do think that we are the blockchain that has the best product and the best vision for the Internet of values. I’m looking forward to next year, which will be very exciting for Starname with the build of Starname for creators. Our challenge is simple yet ambitious: show the world that our product is unique and not centered around one single naming entity but rather open to all for naming and branding blockchain assets in any fashion they can imagine. ” said Stephane.
He now replaces Dave Puchyr who greatly contributed to the build of our technology stack in a very complex period of R&D for Starname and whose expertise is not to be questioned.
Dave is still operating some welcomed infrastructure for IOV and remains a seasoned advisor and will always be associated with the success of Starname thanks to his commitment, dedication, and professionalism.
