Step-by-step guide
Here are the steps to setting up your IPEVO Mirror-Cam for screen sharing in third party apps.
- Attach the Mirror-Cam to your laptop or Chromebook’s webcam. Watch this video for a live demonstration of the easy setup, or refer to these instructions.
- Download the IPEVO Visualizer software onto your computer. Then, launch the software. Next, select your computer’s webcam as the camera source.
- Place your material under the document camera and check its live image in the IPEVO Visualizer software.
- Use the IPEVO Visualizer software’s Mirror Image feature under the “Rotate” function to fix the mirrored image. Documents are then shown on the screen exactly the way the user sees them.
5. You can use the Vertical Keystone Correction function to digitally align the projected image at the top or bottom.
6. When you’re ready, launch Zoom, Google Meets, Skype, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Go to Meeting on your computer to start or join a meeting.
7. Look for the “Share Screen” button in the third-party app’s meeting window.
8. Select the “Visualizer” window. Note that you may need to select the “Share application Window” in the third-party software you are using.
