The new iPhone SE released this year is a successor to the first iPhone SE which was released on the year 2016. Both of this phones have one thing in common a combo of two iPhone’s. The 2016 iPhone SE was basically an iPhone 6s in the body of an iPhone 5. The new 2020 iPhone SE is an iPhone 11 in the body of an iPhone 8.

One the phone comes with a 4.7-inch Retina Display the small screen is huge deal given the battery is upgraded means good battery life, since the small screen won’t consume as much battery as its counterpart the iPhone 11 series. Two the A13 Bionic chip this is the same chip in the iPhone 11, which according to Apple is the fastest chip in a smartphone to this date. The chip makes the performance of this phone to spec with the iPhone 11 whose retail price starts at $699 the cheapest one of its kind. Last but not least and the deal breaker, the new iPhone SE retail price is $399. This is a huge deal for all folks who wanted to pocket an iPhone but wouldn’t due to its price.
Other reasons are the phone is waterproof, it has touch ID back and comes i n three stylish colors (red, white and black).
How is the new iPhone SE differs from the iPhone 8 and iPhone 11.
The new iPhone SE doesn’t have face ID unlike the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro. It also doesn’t feature two cameras or three, it has one 12 megapixel wide angle camera. With that it is not equipped with night-mode. However it shoots 4K videos at up 60 fps.
Unlike in the iPhone 8 while it wasn’t possible to enjoy dual sim capability in the new SE there is dual sim capability.
