My mind is always new
I guess that's called change
I thought it was you
But I am to blame

My thoughts always race
But my heart stays still
I thought it was me
But that was until…

The beats would keep me up at night
And my thoughts
tried to put up a fight

My mind always on the move
But my emotions trapped
themselves into you.
