Everywhere

The rushing waves,

Remind me of you

Running towards me.

Waves crashing against the rocks,

The waters going back and forth

From the creases and crevices of the rocks,

Playing peek-a-boo

From behind my legs.

The euphoria of the waves

Sometimes becomes a monotony

Absence does make the heart grow fonder;

In the playful waves of the sea,

In the warm sands on the beach,

In the babies playing touch and go
