Recharge

No time to recharge
My battery is low and about to die
Sick kids
Husband
House
Job
Feelings of inadequacy
No time to plug into myself
Responsibilities of life

They tell you to self-care
When can you do that
On the drive home
3 am when no one is awake
5 minutes meditation
Interrupted by chaos

Someone else needs you
Your time
Your help
Your love
Your body
Your energy

Recharge you say
Yeah, that’s a possibility
