Skills to lead cannot be shackled under the pretense of gender, race, or color.
Skills to lead need consistent practice, expertise, and experience.
Skills to change can be self-taught or through an institutionalized paradigm.
Oldest democracy’s leaders are once again ready to shine on the world stage.
New leaders are efficiently equipped to heal the wounds and unify the country.
Salutations to the first female Vice President.
Salutations for bringing hope and positivity in the darkest moments, physically and metaphorically.
