Seeds to Bloom

A poem

Small faces beam,
eyes shining bright,
little hands
that grasp and hold.
Laughter rings out,
joy swells up,
absolute trust unfolds.

First steps,
first words, silly questions,
exploring unknown paths.
Minds expanding,
seeking, learning,
like flowers
blooming from seedlings.

Protect them, lead them,
stand with them,
let goodness take root.
For children are
heart’s and soul’s treasure,
the future’s hope to cherish.
