Shattered love
Pushed into the Abyss by Her Betrayal
I saw my reflection there,
Delved deeper into her ocean and air.
“She is mine,” said my hope.
Never met such a beautiful soul, I thought.
With time, our bond grew stronger.
We were in love, strangers no longer.
In her eyes, I found my place,
Together we faced every challenge.
But suddenly, I couldn’t comprehend,
Caught her kissing my best friend.
Yeah, betrayed from her end,
Now, our love story I must bring to an end.
She said, “Please don’t do this for me, babe,
I didn’t want to change the game.
You weren’t with me for two years,
Feeling lonely, this time, I bore the tears.
I said goodbye, shattered at all,
Wanted to marry her, but she didn’t deserve me.
But happenings happen for good anyway,
From this pain, perhaps, a brighter day.
