I rather have my heart broken than have no heart
I rather live and die by my nature
than live only trying to avoid dying
I rather have my soul taken
than have no soul to give
I rather live and die fearless
than live only in fear of death
I rather have my essence completely misused
than trying to change myself to avoid it
I rather be alive while I’m alive
and die earlier because of it
than to live as if I was dying
and not even being able to feel that I’m alive
For to try and avoid death while alive
is not living, it’s only causing yourself to die inside
Instead living fearless of dying
is truly living, even if you would die because of it
It is the only way to be alive, live child, go live
the way that you are sweet child, just the way that you are
then, now, ever after.
