The Power of Emotions
Can you sit with your power?

Power said to Anger
You better let me out!
And that’s precisely what happened,
When the man began to shout.
Tears began to stream,
When Power had to go.
It left quite a scene,
Sadness couldn’t contain the flow.
A few moments later,
Anxious looked around,
But he couldn’t find Power,
She didn’t make a sound.
So now, instead of all my emotions,
Failing to contain Power,
I sit and let her be with me,
As she blossoms into a flower.
May you allow your power to radiate love everywhere you go.
