“Trying To Do Right By Her,” is a poem directed to an old lover; in it I express my disposition of trying to right a lot of things I wronged, and for me, that means writing about her, and to her, constantly accepting my faults, and in turn, trying to be a better man, as well as hoping, she could forgive me.
