Waiting to Be Seen

Become who you are without compromise

Photo by Harry Quan on Unsplash

How do you see me?
Without words to compromise,
hearing others lie.

Am I your sister?
Your Father, or loving friend.
Afraid to be seen.

When will you hold me?
Allowing your fear to die,
giving your love grace.
