You carry the world upon your shoulders,
the weight of others is no concern of yours.
They call you a martyr, though you were never canonized,
the title fits; it’s the least they could do.

You leave footprints in concrete all try to avoid
navigating woes falling into the cracks.
Some stand back to admire your empathy
while others stand back completely aghast.

The world is never enough, so now you look to the stars
pondering their fate, what will become of them?
Will they all explode in some blaze of glory
or just burn out and die over millennia? One, by, one.

They think you know the answer to this.
Enough now, relax, take a load off your mind, take the blue pill.

Thank you as always, Gaby Rogut for giving my words a platform. 🙏✨
Thank you all for reading and your precious time. Always. J. 🙏✨
