You, Yourself
A poem

I could love you the way you’d never imagine
The most secure feeling you’d ever feel
I could strive for the dream you desired
As I wouldn’t mind going through the hassle
But I watched you take me for granted
To the both of us,
my worth was no longer sighted
It wasn’t new to me
I dared to withdraw myself
Although it was not my style
There was no other choice
Because I’d only got me.
