The central mechanics of Football Battle will test each player’s analytical skills and ability for collaboration. With Saga mode and various online options for play (such as friendly games, tournaments, etc.) — as well as the ability to bet on games and battle opponents — there are plenty of ways to enjoy the game and earn rewards.
Being a play-to-earn game, Football Battle takes full advantage of both the potential for earning and fierce competition associated with blockchain gaming. All of the characters in Football Battle are NFTs, which players can use to battle, train, trade, and even to create new Youth players. They also come with different skills and levels of rarity — so, it’ll be important to strategize: collecting players and building the perfect team!
Football Battle was launched on June 24th, and has since received a lot of positive feedback and has been gaining traction in other game communities! With Football Battle’s digital asset marketplace, players can already trade NFTs with one another easily. Now, thanks to IQ Protocol, renting NFTs will offer a new way to play the game. Renters can gain access to other players’ characters and their utility for a specified time period. No doubt, renting smartly could easily shift the tide in a tournament, giving someone the upper hand they need to come out on top!
Oh! And did we mention NFT renting is risk-free and involves no collateral?
That’s right! A key feature of IQ Protocol is our offering the ability to lend or borrow NFTs without collateral or risk, but also makes possible things like cross-chain renting and multi-purpose renting!
Typical modes of lending an asset puts the lender at risk, say, if the borrower loses hold of the asset (for whatever reason). With IQ Protocol, such risks are not a concern. Instead of giving the original asset to the borrower, IQ Protocol mints an expirable version of the NFT (which contains all of the unique features of the original). This NFT is then given to the borrower. Our platform guarantees that the original NFT is always safe and can be returned to the owner after the agreed-upon rental contract has expired. Now, players can rest easy renting out the items that they aren’t currently using, providing a source of passive income without having to sell their favorite assets.
