⚔️ Player’s Wanted: Join IQ Protocol’s very own Pixelsteins Faction in The Red Village’s New Blood Championship for FREE, and compete against other factions for a chance to win $35,000. There will be $25,000 in prizes for individual players, and a $10,000 winner-take-all-prize for the most active community!
🛡 Over the course of the 4-week event in June, you’ll be able to rent Champions completely free, alongside other members of our faction. Fight your Champion, complete quests, and earn points not just by yourself, but with our whole community as one!
What is The Red Village? 👀
🔥 TRV is a dark-fantasy world inspired by Diablo, Elden Ring, The Witcher, and Runescape. Compete in an 8-player battle royale style matches, intense 1v1 ‘To-the-Death’ matches with NFT rewards, and thrilling 128-player Sit-N-Go tournaments.

A 4-week event, with a $35,000 prize pool and two main ways earn:
- Free-For-All Prize Pool ($25,000)
- Faction Championship Prize Pool ($10,000)
Free-For-All Prize Pool ($25,000)
- $2,500 in weekly USDC prizes for anyone who plays ($10,000 total)
- 50 x $75 TRV Asset Bundles Raffled each week ($15,000 total)
- + a collection of additional NFT assets from our partner communities raffled to players each week
Faction Championship Prize Pool ($10,000)
- Community-based competition that encourages your members to work together, with a $10k USDC winner-take-all prize for the most active community
- Each member of the winning faction receives a part of the prize pool based on the # of quest points they’ve earned during the event, relative to their faction’s total points
The Free-For-All Game Loop for Players
- Rent champions on the IQ Marketplace (for free!)
- Enter champions into 8v8 Red Village tournaments
- Complete in-game quests to earn points
- Points will be tracked on our New Player Leaderboard
- Receive WETH each week based on your leaderboard placement
- Receive valuable NFTs as raffle prizes each week from both TRV and our partner communities
- Leaderboard and raffle tickets will reset each week to encourage gameplay for newcomers
The Faction Championship Game Loop for Players
- Complete the form shared in your community’s discord during the 1-week sign-up window
- Receive an airdropped “Starter’ rental champion on Day 1 of the event
- Earn points by renting more champions, fighting champions, and completing in-game quests
- All points you earn for the New Player LB are shared w/ your community on the faction LB
- Top 8 factions on the leaderboard at the end of week advance to a 1v1 playoffs
- Factions compete head-to-head each week until only 2 remain in Week 4
- The winning faction in Week 4 splits a $10,000 prize amongst every community member that participated in the event, with the prize shares being relative to the # of points each player earned
