Announcement | irishub v1.2.1 has been successfully upgraded

Dear IRISgardians,
On November 23 at around 1:30 UTC, the IRIS Hub v1.2.1 patch upgrade was successfully completed at the block height 12636666!
As required in the upgrade guide, the majority of IRIS Hub nodes have been upgraded. This upgrade solved the issue of IBC transaction pending. And this fix has already taken effect following this successful mainnet patch upgrade.
Thanks for the supports and efforts of all participants of this upgrade, as well as those who have waited patiently in the past week for this issue to be addressed!
