How to use Rainbow Wallet to Transfer IRIS between IRIS Hub and Binance Dex?
On Oct. 28th, 2019, Rainbow Wallet was released with a new function of [Deposit to DEX]. The users could directly deposit IRIS from the Rainbow wallet address to the Binance DEX address and vice versa. This new feature increases the convenience for users to make transactions. Following is the tutorial on how to deposit IRIS in Binance DEX and how to withdraw IRIS from Binance DEX:

How to Deposit IRIS to Binance DEX through Rainbow wallet?
- Open Rainbow wallet, choose [Assets] on the bottom of the home page in IRIS Hub; tap [IRIS] in the middle; enter into 「IRIS Details」; choose [Deposit to DEX] on the bottom;
- Scan or type your Binance Chain Address, enter the amount and the password (please pay attention to the minimum amount which may change according to later activities), choose [Confirm] to finish the deposit;
- Below「Transfer Records」, change to 「Deposit/Withdraw」, you can find all of the records between IRIS Hub address and Binance DEX address;
- Tap a certain transaction, and you can check its detailed information. After the transaction is completed, the IRIS will be present in your Binance DEX account.
Tips:
After the IRIS is transferred from IRIS Hub address to Binance DEX address, the IRIS will be present in your Binance DEX account as BEP2-IRIS(a.k.a IRIS-D88). BEP2-IRIS(a.k.a IRIS-D88) is a form of IRIS on the Binance Chain. It is generated by 100% IRIS mainnet token as collateral. Before the release of IBC, IRIS can be transferred between two chains in both ways through the gateway.
How to Withdraw IRIS from Binance DEX to Rainbow Wallet?
- Find one of the wallets which supports BNB, such as Trubi, Trust Wallet, SafePal, CoolWallet S, Math Wallet, Meet.one, Equal or sign in to the website of binance.org;
- Open your Binance DEX account and find your IRIS, then choose [Send];
- In the first line which is Recipient Address, fill in the following gateway address of IRIS on the Binance DEX or scan the QR below: bnb1y6phhe2jf0gnx6frwswmm7nq7n4er8xhku28ne;
- Enter the amount and accurately copy and paste your IRIS Hub address in the Memo;
Note:
- If IRIS has been unable to be sent and the transaction is in unsuccessful state during the withdrawal process from Binance DEX to IRIS Hub address, please check whether there is more than 0.000375 BNB.
- If you do not receive your IRIS from the Binance DEX, and the transaction is 「refused」in 「Deposit/Withdraw」 below the 「Transfer Records」, please check whether you reach the requirement of minimum amount. You can find it in the [amount] below [Deposit to DEX]. If the amount is less than the minimum amount, those IRIS will not be present and returned.
